Cornbread Salad

So a couple of years ago at family Reunion, my cousin made a dish that everyone was talking about. I got the recipe from her and have made it several times since and have got rave reviews. So today, wanted to share it with you all.
Ingredients
1 pan yellow sweet cornbread, cooked (I use 2 boxes of the Jiffy brand.)
2 cans pinto beans, drained
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans black beans, washed & drained
1 large onion, diced
2 green peppers, diced
3 tomatoes, diced
12 strips bacon, cooked
2 cups shredded cheese
2 packets ranch seasoning mix
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups sour cream
1 cup heavy cream
Directions
Mix the ranch seasoning mix, mayonnaise & sour cream together. Add the heavy cream to thin it out a bit.
In a large container, layer half the cornbread, half the pinto beans, a third of the ranch mix, half the tomatoes, half the onions, half the corn, half the green peppers, half the black beans*, half the cheese, and half the bacon. Repeat the layers. *After the black beans on the second layer, add the last third of ranch mix, cheese and bacon on top.
NOTE- This recipe yields a HUGE amount. When just fixing it for my family meal, I half the recipe. ENJOY!
